Congratulations to Júlia Guerra - Júlia Guerra from Soledade was crowned Miss Rio Grande do Sul Latina 2013 in Novo Hamburgo on August 11. The 1st runner-up was Miss Santa Maria, Vitória Bisognin (R), and the 2nd runner-up was Miss Gramado, Ronédi Enfroff. There are 33 candidates via for the title in an event organized by Luciano Viana and Tiago Martins.
Júlia will compete in Miss Brazil Latina 2013, in Recife, in October. The national winner will go on to compete in Miss Latin America in the World, next year, in Mexico.
Pageant followers attending the pageant commented on the striking resemblance of the 1st runner-up, Vitória Bisognin, and Miss USA 1996 and actress Ali Landry.
