Congratulations to Peyton Brown, Miss Alabama Teen USA 2012, she won the first competition of the Miss Teen USA pageant on Wednesday July 25th, 2012. Brown won the all-in-fun West Surfing Paddleboard Race at Paradise Island in the Bahamas, where a pageant final will be on Saturday.
